  • Developed a rigorous, two-stage control group matching algorithm in Python to pair renovated properties with highly correlated unrenovated comparables based on physical traits and financial baselines.
  • Automated the generation of executive-ready visual reports, designing dynamic, multi-tiered Seaborn visualizations to clearly communicate complex uplift distributions across dozens of global brands.

INTERNAL: AI / ML Model Foundry Team

  • Engineered an AI-augmented Static Application Security Testing (SAST) pipeline utilizing Python, LangGraph, and Semgrep to automate codebase security auditing.
  • Integrated an LLM with Pydantic structured outputs to triage raw Semgrep findings, effectively pruning false positives by analyzing the codebase context like a senior security engineer.
